Refunds and Returns

Refunds: 

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you need to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: info@mordog.co.uk 

Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply and confirm your return. You will have 7 days from the date we reply to return your products.

Needless to say, the products must be returned to us in the original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept items where the tags have been removed under any circumstances. 

Please ensure your return includes your:

• Order Name
• Order Number
• Email address corresponding with your order
